? Case Shiller Home Price Index, FHA House Price Index, & the CoreLogic Home Appreciation report are all showing increases with home prices for two (2) months in a row now.
? After 7 months of deceleration (different from depreciation), there has been a 180 degree turn in 92% of all housing markets in the U.S. to show home values are increasing.
? Is the bottom in? The answer to that question will be definite when we start to see mortgage rates come down in the not-so-distant future.
