  2. PENINSULA PEOPLE: I have a 2 full page advertisement to showcase your listing in this monthly magazine on PV Peninsula with 25,000 prints exclusively distributed to all Single Family Residence as well as some premium locations throughout the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula.

INDIVIDUAL WEBSITE FOR EACH PROPERTY:

Your property will have its own individual website and QR Code, such as www.1636PaseoDelMar.com, www.1500ViaMontemar.com.  Each property website will have a NARRATED VIDEO, 3-D WALKTHROUGH, INTERACTIVE FLOOR PLAN, PROPERTY DETAILS and LOCATION MAP. All are done by a professional print photographer, a professional 3D photographer, and a professional drone photographer.

 INTERNET MARKETING:

  1. Your property listing will be connected to many popular real estate websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Homes, Realtor.com etc. so that your property will be fully exposed to all potential Buyers.
  2. Your property will be mass emailed to as many as 10,000 AGENTS in the South Bay area and the selected area of Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
  3. Your property will be emailed to my vast data base and showcased in my website.
  4. Your property will be featured in the Keller Williams Consumer-Centric KW.COM

  1. A beautiful color brochure will be designed and printed by a local GRAPHICS DESIGNER.
  2. Just Listed/ Open House Invitation Card will be designed, printed and mailed by a local Graphics Designer to the neighborhood.
  3. When the property is sold and the escrow closed, Just Sold cards will be also mailed to the neighborhood

CHINESE MEDIA TO REACH LOCAL CHINESE AGENTS AS WELL AS LOCAL AND OVERSEAS CHINESE BUYERS:

  1. WORLD JOURNAL: Your property will be advertised in World Journal, the largest Chinese Newspaper in Southern California that reaches all Chinese Buyers in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
