Obviously exercise has many benefits in any form. A lot of people focus too much on workout plans and what not, when in reality, lots of walking will go a long way toward health/fitness goals ?
It is easy to start doing. It requires no equipment and is doable for nearly all fitness levels. It can be done nearly anywhere. You can do it even when you’re tired. Got a day you know you should exercise but don’t feel like it? Go for a walk ?♀️?♂️
As it’s easy to do, it is easy to keep doing and make a lifestyle change vs. a hard workout regimen that can only be kept up for a while. Just go out to feel the sun and get some fresh air???
Here in Palos Verdes, we have friendly neighborhoods and plenty of walking trails for you. Many houses are in close proximity to a trail eg. the walking trail along Palos Verdes Drive N in the Valmonte area in Palos Verdes Estates (pictured)

Walking is a very modular exercise. You can walk faster to increase the burn. You can walk for longer etc. The benefits are many ❤️
You can even think about things as the mind is pretty free ?♀️ This can be anything from a relationship to a project you want to work on. You can think about a skill you have that you want to improve in…like practice your singing or speeches ??
Go out and smell the ??☀️ You will ❤️ it ?
