We have known Stephen for many years and have always wanted to move to PV to be closer to friends. Stephen guided us during our 2 year search and whenever there is an open house available, his card would always have already been there on the counter meaning he had checked out the new listing. His knowledge in the South Bay market is deep and his 30 plus years of being in the market really shows when all the listing brokers know him by name. I would say Stephen’s most prominent skill is making transaction happen. In the past 2 years of searching, only with Stephen we are able to be the final list of buyers for each property. Because of Palos Verdes’ unique geological composition, Stephen helped us buy with confidence with geotechnical / structural engineers’ blessings. Stephen’s team are also very kind and attentive to details, together with Stephen’s analysis capability and unique expertise in making deals happen - we are finally able to find a home that I am happy to work hard to make the payments for.
